Island Minds aims to help normalize the conversation we have around mental health, hosted by Hannah Brewer and Tia Jackson.
We are not here to give unqualified advice but to talk about our own experiences living with mental health. In each episode presenters, Hannah and Tia will reflect on topical news articles and key discussion points before welcoming a guest speaker. Each guest will talk about their personal experiences in the hope it will inspire others to talk openly about their own mental ill-health. In doing so we hope to normalize the conversations we have around Mental health.
